With candidate numbers down and retention rates low, Kellogg's employer brand and EVP was craving a refresh.  I creative directed the 'Make it happen' project' which included a Dublin airport OOH take-over, social campaign, internal comms, a playbook and brand 'Katalogue', plus video animation start & end cards. It did its job - click-through benchmarks were exceeded for both organic and paid media and career site traffic was up by 100%+ in every targeted region. Kellogg was back as front and centre employer of choice. The campaign won a bronze at the EBMA awards for 'Best Communication of the Employer Brand to the External Audience'.
