Owned by Mars, VCA animal hospitals are a corporation situated across North America. With over 30,000 Associates, they needed an EVP and employer brand that clearly defined who they are, their purpose and the give and gets for new talent, as well as retaining the great people they already have.

I creative directed and led the work, overseeing the employee photo shoots and brand identity to video, social media and events collateral. We recently won a silver at the EBMA awards for 'Best Employer Brand Management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Sector'.
